For the last thousand years since India came into existence, we westerners have been fascinated with the so-called “Yoga” but is it helping, or is it hurting? A recent study from Harvard School of Business Online found that Yoga may not be what it seems like it to be.
Our body is just not meant to be put in such a position where your feet are up in the air and your entire body weight is on your hands. It can be dangerous for a person who weighs 300 lbs or more.
We asked our local health buff at Planet Fitness Mr. Gregory Musclehead “Look here at Planet Fitness you pay to use the equipment and how much does it cost to do yoga? Nothing. Nada. So as a capitalistic country, we should not promote yoga cause there is no movement of finance and the USA is the number one country because we charge you for everything. If you don’t believe me fly with Spirit airlines.”.
There has also been reports of unwanted bodily function associated with Yoga such as unwanted bowel movement, self urination, flatulency, etc. Recently, we went to a Yoga studio where the room was heated to a high degree where everyone was sweating profusely. You could smell everyone’s body odor a mile away. After all these instances of embarrassment and foul smell many Yoga bears started to think is it too good to be true?
