Sources closed to Putin in Kremlin recently reported Mr. President Putin is suffering from diabetes. His blood sugar was very low when he ordered the latest round of attack on Ukraine. State department of the US has offered a large shipment of Metformin, a drug commonly used to treat diabetes.
