India Times reports that the Modi government is willing to make blue-colored pills for their Russian brothers, but the only catch is they will not have the active ingredient “Sildenafil.” The rationale provided by the Indian drug makers is that they will handle the psychological aspect by providing a blue pill that looks precisely like Viagra, and the patient has to take a Russian-made medication to have the effect physically.
